Product Descriptions and Availability

We have taken reasonable care to accurately display each and every product shown on our website and we ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. All our website information is updated on real-time basis and all information containing our website would reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

There may be rare situations where the product is no longer available (in case of any damage). In this instance, we will contact you to advise you of the situation and provide alternative products of which you can proceed with your order or cancel. If you decide to cancel, MirrorMirror.lk will organise a refund.

Product dimensions, weight, colors and specifications

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all size, weights and measurements quoted on this website are approximate.

Images of the products shown on this website are displayed as accurately as possible. We have made every effort to display all product colors accurately. However we cannot guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the true color of the products delivered to you. Please be aware that colors may differ between manufactures. Therefore MirrorMirror.lk cannot be responsible for the limitations of your monitor's display of any color or detail. For optimal viewing, we recommend setting your monitor to 1024 x768 or higher. 

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is island wide (Within Sri Lanka). Our courier will make all deliveries to you. We do our best to secure delivery within 2 –3 Working Days Within Colombo & Greater Colombo premises whilst it would take upto 4/5 working days for the package to be delivered to outstation areas. However deliveries that need to be delivered during the weekend we will do it (on prior notice) of the date your order. The cost of delivery will depend on the number of items purchased by you. If you wish to change the delivery please give us no less than 24hour notice prior to delivery.

On delivery you will be required to sign a proof of delivery which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.

Expected Delivery Best Practices

The following are a few 'best practices' we recommend to be followed when placing orders with MirrorMirror.lk in order to experience a smoother online shopping experience.

- The order will be dispatched once the address, contact number and products to be delivered are confirmed. Alterations made to the delivery address on the day of delivery would reschedule the package to be delivered on the next working day.

- A courier person would contact you to make the delivery. Please ensure that the given number is reachable as the courier may need directions if unable to find the delivery location. If the recipient is unreachable during a specific time, please ensure that an alternative number is provided to avoid any hassle.

- For 'cash on delivery' orders, we would appreciate if the exact payment amount could be prepared in advance so that the courier would not encounter any delays.

- If the client wish to return the ordered product upon delivery, please note that the client would be required to pay the delivery fee, given that the delivered item is non-defective and accurately described on our website.

Our Exchange Policy

We continuously strive to ensure that we provide all our customers with an amazing online shopping experience. We understand that in some circumstances the product delivered does not match the customer's expectation due to numerous factors. In such instances we would be happy to have the product exchanged.

- All items needed to be in its original condition with packaging (Invoice, labels, tags, etc..). We would appreciate if the reason for exchange is also mentioned so that we could use the information to provide you with a greater shopping experience in your future orders with MirrorMirror.lk

- Exchanges could be made only once per an individual order.

- All exchanges are needed to be INFORMED within 3 days of purchase.

- The Order ID mentioned in the invoice is required for reference purposes. 

- A standard handling fee of 100Rs would apply apart from the delivery fees based on the delivery area.

The Exchange Process

1.) Contact our hotline 0765 65 65 75 or Email us on [email protected] within 3 days after receiving the item.

2.) Ensure the products are in its original condition.

3.) One of our customer service representatives would get back to you with the confirmation of the exchange along with a new Order ID.

4.) We will arrange the courier to deliver your new order and you could handover the products from the previous order to the courier upon delivery. For outstation orders it would be required to send out the package back to our warehouse and upon receipt we would send out the new products requested.

5.) Upon receiving the item to our warehouse, we will perform a quality check and ensure that the item is in its original condition.

6.) If deemed that the returned products are not in its original condition, we reserve the right to 'blacklist' the customer from using our 'exchange facility' on all prospective orders placed.

Our generous exchange policy is aimed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction whilst safeguarding our suppliers. Therefore it's the due responsibility of the customer as well to ensure that exchanges are not made in an abusive manner as it would only spoil the online shopping experience for everyone else.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense.

- Once you receive the ordered product please check your items at the delivery point. Please contact us immediately if you find a damaged item and you will be able to return it or we will exchange it free of charge, by least all damages needed to be Informed on the same day of receipt. We would appreciate if sufficient evidence of the damage item could be provided given that the defect is not identified at the point of delivery.

- If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the image shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable period of time with proof of purchase.

- Any purchase made on MirrorMirror.lk is subject to supplier stock availability and if the particular damaged product is unavailable to be replaced, MirrorMirror.lk would arrange a refund or a similar product within 2 working days.

Promotions

If there are multiple promotions going on, the discounted rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and please note that the items bought under promotions cannot be exchanged unless a damage on the product is involved.

MirrorMirror.lk treats personal data with respect and integrity and all personal information of users would be stored securely to comply with international data protection standards.

User conduct

All users are responsible for all their activity in connection with accessing MirrorMirror.lk. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your access to the Website.

In accessing this Website, you must not:
